RESUMEN
Heidegger ha podido suprimir la ética como parte de la filosofía, identificándola con la metafísica, porque previamente ha disuelto su sustancia en la metafísica. En la Introducción a la metafísica persigue la distinción entre el ser y el deber remontándose hasta donde estima que se produce el origen de lo que en esta obra denomina "física", es decir, el olvido del ser, que surge en la filosofía de Platón. Esta "física", este olvido del ser, determina desde el comienzo la esencia y la historia de la metafísica que, según su parecer, es la forma del pensar sistemático que establece la historia desde Platón hasta Nietzsche.
La imagen del hombre que surge de su obra podría enunciarse diciendo que es la ocasión del ser, el signo que lo indica. Incluso la ética como referencia normativa del actuar del hombre depende de esta radical situación del hombre en el ser. El estar del hombre, su existir, es el único sostén efectivo de su actuar, porque es también la única señal de su verdad.

ABSTRACT
Heidegger eliminates ethics as a part of philosophy by identifying it with metaphysics, through previously dissolving its substance in metaphysics. In his Introduction to metaphysics he traces the distinction between being and duty to what he considers the origin of the concept he terms 'physics' in this book, which is forgetfulness of being, a notion arising from the work of Plato. This 'physics', the forgetfulness of being, determines from the start the essence and the history of metaphysics, which, in Heidegger's view, is the form of systematic thinking, outlined by history, from Plato to Nietzsche.
The concept of man arising from Heidegger's work can be said to be the occasion of being, the sign that indicates man's presence. Also ethics as norm of action is subject to the radical dependence of man upon being. The existence of man, his being there, is the only support for his actions, the only sign of his truth.
